Welcome to the mcw19 platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and mcw19. By registering an account on mcw19 or using the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the mcw19 platform. These Terms may be changed at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Important: mcw19 is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

"Platform" — The mcw19 website and all its associated services.
"Member" or "You" — Any person registered on mcw19.
"We" or "mcw19" — The organization operating the platform.
"Account" — Each member's personal mcw19 gaming account.
"Bonus" — Any incentive funds or benefits provided by mcw19.
"Wagering Requirement" — The amount of bets required to be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
"Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit & Eligibility

To open an account on mcw19, you must be 21 years of age or older. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. mcw19 may request necessary documents at any time to verify your age or identity.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each member may open only one account. Multiple accounts cannot be operated by the same individual or members of the same household using the same device, IP address, or payment method. Violation of this policy will result in all accounts being closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the mcw19 support team immediately. The member bears responsibility for any loss resulting from negligent use of the account.

2.4 Account Suspension or Closure

mcw19 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these Terms.
Providing false or misleading information.
Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Misuse or abuse of the bonus system.
Being identified as a minor.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mcw19 supports only the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other method is accepted.

3.2 Minimum Limits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (all methods). Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases — such as additional security verification or banking delays — this time may increase.

3.4 Payment Verification

mcw19 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. If a suspicious transaction is identified, necessary documents may be requested. Fraudulent or unauthorized payments will be cancelled immediately.

3.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Both deposits and withdrawals will be calculated in Taka.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
Example: Deposit ৳8,000 → bonus capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applicable on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus offers apply to eligible members only.
The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — the wagering requirement must be met.
If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
If systematic abuse of the bonus system is identified, the account will be cancelled and the bonus forfeited.
mcw19 reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP Program & Cashback

The mcw19 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. VIP cashback is calculated automatically each week and added to the account. mcw19 reserves the right to change the cashback terms.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

mcw19 is committed to ensuring a safe, transparent, and fair gaming environment for all members. All games are secured by SSL encryption and operated in accordance with fair play principles.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcw19:

Using any fraudulent or deceptive methods.
Operating games through software bots, scripts, or automated methods.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
Using or accessing another member's account.
Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
Systematic abuse of the bonus system ("bonus hunting").

The account of any member who violates these prohibitions will be closed immediately and all associated funds will be forfeited.

7 Privacy & Data Protection

mcw19 gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. We use collected data only for providing platform services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations. Personal information is not sold or shared with third parties without authorization.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Dispute Resolution & Complaints

In any dispute regarding game results or technical matters, mcw19's server logs and records will be considered final evidence. mcw19 reserves the right to void incorrect payouts or winnings resulting from technical errors.

10 Limitation of Liability

A member's financial losses in gaming.
Bets or game sessions lost due to internet disconnection.
Delays or failures related to third-party services (payment gateways, banks).
Losses resulting from a member's own negligence with their information.

Where mcw19 cannot be exempt from legal liability, our maximum liability will remain limited.

11 Changes to Terms

mcw19 reserves the right to change, update, or amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified through the platform in the case of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.

12 Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between mcw19 and the member.

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.

12.3 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the primary document. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

mcw19 support provides assistance in both Bengali and English. Members may communicate in their preferred language.
